What you will do
- Provide qualified technical support for Go products to ensure customer success.
- Investigate, troubleshoot, and analyze technical issues, including ERP integrations and add-on modules.
- Reproduce technical issues, document bugs, and escalate them to internal teams.
- Take full ownership of support cases and drive them toward resolution with proactive follow-up.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex technical challenges efficiently.
- Create and maintain user guides, documentation, and support materials.
Requirements
- Strong communication skills in both Swedish and English, written and spoken.
- Must be able to work in a hybrid model in Östersund, Sweden.
- Strong problem-solving mindset with curiosity to understand root causes.
- Ability to manage multiple cases and maintain ownership until resolution.
- Team-oriented attitude and drive for continuous professional growth.
Nice to have
- Knowledge of finance and accounting principles.
- Experience with Microsoft SQL or other database systems.
- Previous experience in technical support or customer-facing environments.
