What you will do

• Ship end-to-end full-stack product features across frontend, backend, and data layers.
• Develop AI-powered experiences utilizing LLMs, embeddings, and related techniques to create real user value.
• Own the entire delivery lifecycle from scoping and design through launch, monitoring, and iteration.
• Solve ambiguous, technically challenging problems with pragmatic and scalable solutions.
• Collaborate with product and design teams to shape technical requirements and the product roadmap.
• Improve overall product quality, performance, and reliability at an enterprise scale.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional software development experience.
• Proven experience shipping production-ready full-stack web applications.
• Hands-on experience applying AI/ML (LLMs, embeddings, or similar) in a product environment.
• Ability to operate independently and drive work forward in ambiguous situations.
• Strong communication skills and a product-minded approach focused on UX and customer outcomes.
• Must be based in California, Georgia (Atlanta Metro), or Washington (Seattle Metro).

Nice to have

• Experience with enterprise SaaS, particularly in B2B marketing or sales technology.
• Experience with real-time systems, such as chat, messaging, or event-driven architectures.
• Familiarity with hirify.global/CRM integrations.
• Experience building agentic systems or autonomous tool-using workflows.
• Startup experience and a track record of rapid shipping.
