Location: Must be based in or able to relocate to San Francisco, CA (Hybrid: 3 days/week in office)

Compensation: $333,000 – $370,000 + Equity

What you will do

• Lead integration planning and strategic execution for acquisitions from diligence through post-close follow-through.
• Translate deal rationale into practical integration goals across product, engineering, sales, and operations.
• Partner with deal leads to assess integration considerations including tech stack, talent, and GTM alignment.
• Build and scale repeatable integration playbooks, templates, and governance rhythms using AI.
• Serve as a trusted partner to acquired teams to help them navigate the organization and maintain momentum.
• Track integration KPIs and communicate progress, risks, and recommendations to executive stakeholders.

Requirements

• 12+ years of experience in corporate development integration, consulting, or similar roles.
• Hands-on experience leading M&A integrations across talent, tech, and business transactions.
• Expertise with enterprise/B2B acquisitions and GTM integration activities.
• Strong operating judgment with the ability to move fluidly between strategy and execution.
• Ability to build structure in ambiguous, fast-moving environments.
• Clear, concise communication skills with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
