What you will do

• Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, aligning functional goals with enterprise priorities.
• Quantify CAPEX/OPEX trade-offs and infrastructure decisions through structured scenario planning.
• Translate complex data into narratives that drive prioritization under uncertainty.
• Connect operational metrics to P&L outcomes and capital efficiency.
• Influence cross-functional teams, including Legal, P&C, and Global Controllers, to balance short-term needs with long-term investment health.
• Act as the single source of truth for functional financial performance.

Requirements

• Degree in Finance or Accounting; MBA or CPA preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in finance, ideally within Pharma/Biotech or large-scale capital projects.
• Advanced skills in financial modeling, SAP (S/4 HANA), and SAC.
• Experience with capital investments and AI/automation tools.
• Proven ability to manage projects and influence matrixed organizations.
• Location: Must be based in South San Francisco or Oceanside, California
