Salary: $233,000 - $318,000 per year

What you will do

  • Oversee revenue close and operational activities for various GTM programs, including Marketplace and Captive Financing.
  • Design and drive the implementation of streamlined, scalable revenue operations processes and systems.
  • Lead the revenue workstream for business model pivots and M&A activities to ensure rapid integration of acquired entities.
  • Continuously optimize and transform processes through automation and data analytics.
  • Partner with Sales Ops, Legal, Order Management, and IT to drive process design and continuous improvement.
  • Establish and maintain strong SOX controls related to the revenue cycle to ensure financial integrity.

Requirements

  • 15+ years of progressive accounting close experience, including public company, revenue recognition, and SOX compliance.
  • Expertise in ASC 606 revenue recognition accounting principles.
  • Deep understanding of revenue operations for enterprise businesses (Hardware, Software, Marketplace, and SaaS).
  • Proven track record in designing and implementing effective new go-to-market strategies.
  • Must be based in Santa Clara, CA or able to work from the office full-time.
  • No immigration sponsorship available for this position.

Nice to have

  • MBA and CPA (Certified Public Accountant) license.
  • Proficiency with SAP, Salesforce (SFDC), BigQuery, and modern AI automation tools within finance workflows.
