What you will do
- Lead and develop the CS Partnership function, combining strategic ownership with hands-on partner management.
- Manage and coach a team of CS Partnership Managers, including capacity planning and performance management.
- Oversee partner operations, focusing on production performance, adoption, and health.
- Build scalable processes for onboarding, engagement models, and CRM standards.
- Collaborate with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Finance on partner growth and technical escalations.
- Track partner performance and revenue impact to improve global support.
Requirements
- Leadership experience in Customer Success or Account Management, ideally within B2B SaaS or Fintech.
- Proven track record of managing teams while remaining hands-on with key accounts.
- Experience managing indirect revenue channels or enterprise customers across multiple regions.
- Strong commercial mindset for identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills across cross-functional teams.
- Analytical approach to CRM workflows and partner health metrics.
