What you will do

  • Lead and develop the CS Partnership function, combining strategic ownership with hands-on partner management.
  • Manage and coach a team of CS Partnership Managers, including capacity planning and performance management.
  • Oversee partner operations, focusing on production performance, adoption, and health.
  • Build scalable processes for onboarding, engagement models, and CRM standards.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Finance on partner growth and technical escalations.
  • Track partner performance and revenue impact to improve global support.

Requirements

  • Leadership experience in Customer Success or Account Management, ideally within B2B SaaS or Fintech.
  • Proven track record of managing teams while remaining hands-on with key accounts.
  • Experience managing indirect revenue channels or enterprise customers across multiple regions.
  • Strong commercial mindset for identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management skills across cross-functional teams.
  • Analytical approach to CRM workflows and partner health metrics.
