What you will do

• Oversee and maintain Public Infrastructure District development budgets and schedules.
• Maintain a consolidated program-level view of all projects, including milestones, dependencies, and critical paths.
• Perform construction management duties, including soliciting public procurement and managing contracts.
• Lead structured cross-functional meetings to drive decision-making and accountability.
• Source, negotiate with, and manage relationships with external vendors and contractors.
• Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.

Requirements

• 7-10 years of experience in real estate development or general contracting.
• Proven track record of managing multiple large-scale projects simultaneously.
• Strong stakeholder management skills for navigating complex public and private environments.
• Proficiency in project management software such as Microsoft Project, Asana, or Trello.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States.
• Ability to work 100% on-site in Salt Lake City, Utah.
