What you will do

• Lead high-priority strategic workstreams for pharmacy channel strategy, product commercialization, and Type 2 Diabetes expansion.
• Develop fact-based analyses, including financial modeling and market sizing, to inform senior leadership recommendations.
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders across Market Access, Commercial, Product, and Marketing to align on key initiatives.
• Structure complex problems and synthesize inputs to deliver executive-ready materials for the ELT and Board.
• Define and track key performance metrics tied to strategic initiatives to ensure accountability and surface risks.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work hybridly in Del Mar, CA.
• 3 years of experience in strategy consulting (MBB or top-tier) or 5 years in corporate strategy, development, or investment banking.
• BA/BS in economics, finance, engineering, mathematics, science, or a related analytical field.
• Advanced analytical capabilities in financial modeling, scenario analysis, and market sizing.
• Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for creating executive-ready materials.

Nice to have

• MBA (completed or in progress).
• Experience in medtech, healthcare, or adjacent sectors.
