What you will do

• Operate machinery for gravure cylinder base manufacturing including plating, engraving, and proofing.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment according to company standards.
• Work independently to meet production specifications.
• Cross-train in multiple production positions to support team flexibility.
• Physically handle materials and equipment, including lifting up to 40 lbs regularly.

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the United States
• Ability to perform physical tasks including standing, walking, and lifting up to 70 lbs occasionally.
• Dependability and a career-oriented mindset.
• Basic computer skills for data entry.

Nice to have

• Trade school certificate in Graphic Arts or Printing.
• Previous experience in manufacturing or as a machinist/cylinder maker.
