What you will do

• Troubleshoot and repair manufacturing processes and equipment.
• Identify root causes of quality issues and report defective components.
• Lead equipment and process improvements to maintain quality standards.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on high-speed machinery.
• Adhere to strict health and safety policies, including the use of PPE.
• Support a 3-shift operation, including weekends, holidays, and overtime as required.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work in Hunt Valley, MD
• Degree in Automation/Mechatronics or equivalent apprenticeship/experience.
• Proficiency in hydraulics, pneumatics, robotics, and PLC troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of electrical principles and safety standards in manufacturing.
• Ability to lift 55 pounds and perform physical tasks like climbing and standing for 8+ hours.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team.
