What you will do

• Lead the full project lifecycle for complex operational and strategic initiatives from initiation to closure.
• Partner with senior leadership to define, prioritize, and execute enterprise-wide programs.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, risk registers, and governance structures.
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to ensure alignment on business objectives and deliverables.
• Drive organizational change management efforts through stakeholder engagement and communication planning.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of PMO methodologies, templates, and reporting practices.

Requirements

• 8–10+ years of progressive experience in project or program management roles.
• Proven experience leading complex, enterprise-wide, cross-functional initiatives.
• Experience managing and operating within a formal PMO framework and governance structure.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency with MS Project, Smartsheet, and Lucidchart.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Operations, or a related field.

Nice to have

• PMP certification or equivalent designation.
• Experience with organizational change management methodologies.
• Background in manufacturing, operations, pharmaceutical, CPG, or regulated industries.
• Knowledge of the cannabis industry.
