What you will do

• Manage the full product development roadmap, ensuring projects meet scope, quality, timeline, and budget requirements.
• Drive disciplined stage-gate execution, leading milestone reviews and proactively resolving risks and dependencies.
• Build capacity models and resource plans to support portfolio prioritization and strategic goals.
• Design and implement project management systems, templates, and analytics to scale the product development engine.
• Leverage AI and automation tools to streamline reporting, risk detection, and resource forecasting.
• Partner with R&D, Marketing, Supply Chain, and external manufacturing partners to align deliverables.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States
• Bachelor's degree required
• 8+ years of project or program management experience, including 3+ years in CPG, beauty, wellness, or healthcare
• Proven success delivering complex, multi-workstream product launches end-to-end
• Hands-on experience with PM tools like Smartsheet, Monday, Wrike, Airtable, or Jira
• Demonstrated experience leveraging AI and automation to streamline workflows
• Strong command of project planning, resource allocation, and stage-gate processes

Nice to have

• Advanced degree
• Familiarity with FDA and FTC regulatory considerations for supplements or healthcare products
• PMP, PgMP, or PMI-ACP certification
• Experience building and maturing a project management function from the ground up
