What you will do

• Triage incoming inventory against facility site lists to identify appropriate clients.
• Upload high-volume health plan requests into VRM batches efficiently.
• Process single patient health plan requests using the ROIS App.
• Develop and maintain professional patient lists and team trackers in Microsoft Excel.
• Coordinate with HPR Account Specialists and external clients to facilitate requests.
• Conduct daily reviews of uploaded batches to confirm successful completion.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Ability to handle high-volume tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong project management and multi-tasking skills.
• Must be based in the United States.
