Salary: $156,000 – $230,000 USD (US) / $180,500 – $213,000 CAD (Canada)

What you will do

• Drive engagement growth across the member experience by identifying high-impact ways to deepen family connections.
• Partner with Growth and Product Platform teams to increase the number of circles with multiple engaged members.
• Design and ship features that convert initial acquisition into durable, long-term engagement.
• Co-own the development of contextual prompts and modular components that bring relationships to life.
• Act as an AI-native builder, using AI tools for research synthesis, spec drafting, and rapid prototyping to validate ideas.

Requirements

• 8+ years of consumer product experience with a proven track record of measurable engagement and growth outcomes.
• Must be based in the US or Canada.
• Strong expertise in at least one of the following: activation, growth, or consumer engagement platforms.
• Technical fluency to collaborate effectively with engineering leads on complex implementations.
• Experience with growth-shaped instincts, including working on virality, onboarding, and cohort analysis.
• Ability to operate as an AI-native builder, leveraging AI to accelerate the path from idea to test.
