What you will do

  • Provide inbound customer support by answering incoming calls promptly and courteously.
  • Verify contract information and accurately enter new claims based on client terms and conditions.
  • Review all documentation supporting the claim, including proof of ownership and replacement costs.
  • Issue coverage denials or schedule servicers to handle property damages.
  • Approve or deny estimates from servicers up to $750.00.
  • Maintain an efficient email workflow, responding to customers and vendors in a timely manner.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Knowledge of insurance and warranty policies, underwriting, and claim procedures.
  • Must be based in the US.
  • Excellent communication skills with a professional telephone voice.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications, specifically Word and Excel.

Nice to have

  • Adjuster’s License.
