What you will do
- Perform 75-100 outbound calls daily to maintenance professionals via phone, email, and LinkedIn.
- Utilize Outreach and other prospecting tools to implement a strategic communication approach.
- Conduct discovery calls to analyze maintenance operations and recommend services where there is a fit.
- Generate qualified opportunities for Account Executives to drive new business and revenue.
- Develop deep expertise in the industrial maintenance industry and product functionality for a consultative sales approach.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree.
- English proficiency is a hard requirement.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a polished presentation.
- Ability to handle high-volume cold calling and multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive personality.
Nice to have
- Previous cold calling experience.
- Proficiency with sales tech stacks such as Salesforce, Outreach, and ZoomInfo.
- Experience in startups or entrepreneurial organizations.
- Knowledge of CMMS or facility operations software.
