Salary: $160,000 – $220,000 CAD

What you will do

• Own and deliver major features from conception through deployment and monitoring.
• Drive technical design discussions and influence the product roadmap.
• Mentor engineers through code reviews and knowledge sharing.
• Partner with product and design teams to define and build customer-centric solutions.
• Leverage telemetry and observability tools to troubleshoot production incidents.

Requirements

• 8+ years of professional software development experience.
• Deep expertise in Java, including multithreading and object-oriented design.
• Proven experience building large-scale distributed systems in cloud environments.
• Strong knowledge of phishing-resistant authentication (Passkeys, FIDO2, WebAuthn).
• Experience with IAM protocols such as OAuth, OIDC, and SAML.
• Must be based in or able to work from Toronto, Ontario.

Nice to have

• Experience with modern frontend frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.js.
