What you will do

• Lead the capture and analysis of new project requirements from initiation through to launch.
• Manage requests for new projects, ensuring technical and business asks are clearly defined.
• Document and translate business requests into actionable and trackable delivery items.
• Maintain and manage reference data across core platforms with high accuracy.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to deliver BAU business needs against agreed timelines.
• Analyze trends, platform data, and release impacts to support implementation and decision-making.

Requirements

• Demonstrated understanding of API integrations and ability to explain technical flows clearly.
• Proven experience using Jira and Confluence for requirements management.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities independently and as part of a team.
• Experience working across technical and business teams to contribute to cross-functional deliveries.
• High accuracy in managing data and entering reference data into production systems.
• Appropriate right to work in the UK is required.
