What you will do

• Act as a trusted HRBP for leaders across Northern Europe, advising on performance, employee relations, and engagement.
• Support the COO Northern Europe and regional leadership team on people-related matters.
• Lead, support, and develop one HR Specialist.
• Ensure consistent and compliant HR processes across Norway, Sweden, Finland, and Denmark.
• Drive leadership development and strengthen the "One LINK" culture through collaboration.
• Contribute to Group HR transformation projects, including new systems and job architecture.

Requirements

• Solid experience as an HR Business Partner, HR Manager, or Regional HR Lead.
• Experience working within an international or matrix organization.
• Strong understanding of Nordic employment practices.
• Professional fluency in English and a Scandinavian language.
• Experience with culture building, leadership development, and change management.
• Must be based in Oslo, Norway, or another Nordic location.
