Salary: $197,000 - $274,000 USD

What you will do

• Lead, recruit, and mentor a team of 5 experienced Customer Success Managers.
• Manage strategic relationships at SVP, VP, and Director levels for the largest and most complex clients.
• Develop and implement strategies to maximize customer value realization and retention across the portfolio.
• Partner with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Executive teams to advocate for customer needs.
• Monitor team performance metrics and ensure adherence to operational best practices.
• Collaborate with Account Management to identify and pursue account growth and expansion opportunities.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in Customer Success or Account Management.
• Minimum 6 years in a leadership or managerial position.
• Experience within HR-Tech or consumptive SaaS markets.
• Proficiency in using data and analytics to solve complex systemic problems.
• Willingness to travel domestically up to 25%.
• Must be based in or able to relocate to Denver, CO or San Francisco, CA.
