What you will do

• Architect conversational AI analytics experiences for HR users using hirify.global Cortex and the broader AI stack.
• Co-design and evolve the hirify.global data layer with Analytics Engineering to support AI experiences.
• Translate requirements from VP and SVP level stakeholders into data models, AI skill definitions, and dashboards.
• Deliver actionable people insights regarding attrition risk, hiring bottlenecks, and compensation trends.
• Design and own testing, validation, and monitoring frameworks to ensure AI output reliability.
• Evolve the role-based access model for sensitive HR data, including PII and compensation controls.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in analytics, data engineering, or analytics engineering owning end-to-end data products.
• Proven track record of influencing senior leaders through data-driven products and analysis.
• Expert-level SQL skills with a focus on performance, grain, and correctness.
• Proficiency with the modern data stack, including dbt, Airflow, and Git.
• Ability to translate vague business questions into working data models for non-technical executives.
• Experience designing and building LLM-based products.

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience with hirify.global Cortex or LLM-powered analytics tools.
• Familiarity with Streamlit for building internal apps and dashboards.
• Background in people analytics, including workforce planning or talent acquisition.
• Python experience for data pipelines and automating reporting workflows.
