What you will do

• Design and build agentic architectures for autonomous campaign management.
• Implement advanced optimization techniques including supervised fine-tuning and preference optimization (DPO/IPO).
• Develop evaluation pipelines, automated benchmarks, and safety guardrails for agent workflows.
• Prototype multi-agent orchestration frameworks integrating planning and tool use.
• Collaborate with engineering and product teams to transition scientific innovations into production.
• Stay current with research in LLMs and agent-based AI to translate findings into practical applications.

Requirements

• Master's or PhD in CS, CE, ML, or a related field.
• 4+ years of relevant experience.
• 3+ years of experience building models for business applications.
• Proficiency in Python, Java, or C++.
• Experience in designing experiments and statistical analysis.
• Must be authorized to work in the USA.

• Experience in professional software development.
• Expertise in deep learning model architecture design, training, optimization, and model pruning.
