What you will do

• Lead and mentor a high-performing, distributed team of Data Scientists across US and EMEA regions.
• Define and execute the AI strategy, integrating LLMs, GenAI, and classical ML into core business functions.
• Design and deploy agentic workflows and AI copilots for automated decision-making and KPI monitoring.
• Own the end-to-end lifecycle of predictive models, ensuring robust MLOps and integration into production workflows.
• Partner with Data Engineering, IT, and business leaders to prioritize high-impact AI use cases.
• Evangelize AI solutions to executive stakeholders, translating technical trade-offs into clear business value.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in Data Science/Machine Learning, including 3+ years in a formal leadership role.
• Significant, recent experience with Google Cloud Platform (BigQuery, Vertex AI, BigQuery ML) is required.
• Proven track record of delivering production-grade AI solutions that drive measurable business outcomes.
• Strong proficiency in Python and SQL, with practical knowledge of MLOps patterns and CI/CD.
• Deep expertise in LLM orchestration, RAG architectures, and fine-tuning foundation models.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and drive a data-informed culture.

Nice to have

• Master’s or PhD in a quantitative field (CS, Statistics, Mathematics, Physics, Engineering).
• Experience with dbt and semantic layer modeling.
• Familiarity with Glean or similar enterprise search/AI tools.
