What you will do

• Design, build, and deploy data science and optimization models for workforce planning and supply chain domains.
• Own use cases end-to-end from problem definition and modeling to production delivery.
• Prototype and industrialize machine learning and optimization models using Python.
• Build and maintain robust data pipelines, testing, logging, and CI/CD processes.
• Diagnose performance issues and optimize models for real-world operational constraints.
• Engage directly with business stakeholders to translate operational challenges into analytical solutions.

Requirements

• Recent, hands-on commercial experience with Operational Research and optimization.
• Strong experience with optimization techniques such as linear, non-linear, and mixed-integer programming.
• Proficiency in Python and optimization/data libraries like SciPy, OR-Tools, Gurobi, CPLEX, Pandas, and NumPy.
• Solid data engineering skills including SQL, data pipelines, and data quality management.
• Experience productionizing models using cloud platforms (AWS preferred), experiment tracking, and CI/CD.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage confidently with non-technical stakeholders.
