What you will do

• Own the model development process from initial exploratory analysis and proof of concept through to production.
• Develop classification, regression, and clustering models to solve complex business problems.
• Apply generative models to create text, reports, and insights for new product features.
• Analyze natural language text to uncover insights and transform data.
• Research and develop proof of concepts using novel machine learning techniques and libraries.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to deploy AI solutions to production.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience developing machine learning models, ideally in a software product environment.
• Strong proficiency in Python and NLP (TFIDF, Word2vec, Transformers, embeddings).
• Experience with the Python ML stack: NumPy, SciPy, Sklearn, and deep learning frameworks (Keras, TensorFlow, or PyTorch).
• Proven track record of shipping products by collaborating with product and software engineering teams.
• Must be based in Ireland; no work permit or self-sponsorship is provided.
• Ability to attend quarterly team meet-ups in the Dublin office.

Nice to have

• Experience with Generative AI frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex) and RAG patterns.
• Experience deploying ML systems to the cloud, specifically using the AWS machine learning stack.
• Knowledge of CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions), Docker, Bash, and Linux shell.
• Familiarity with data visualization tools such as PowerBI, Qlik, or Tableau.
