Salary: $110,000 – $125,000 CAD per year

What you will do

• Define and operationalize implementation methodologies for ERP, POS, and Student Information Systems.
• Strategically embed AI tools into the PS lifecycle to scale implementation capacity and automate documentation.
• Own the Professional Services P&L, maintaining a revenue-to-expense ratio of 2x or greater.
• Identify organic revenue expansion opportunities and support Sales with implementation scoping.
• Design scalable delivery frameworks and standardized documentation for multiple product lines.
• Mentor a team of Application Consultants, ensuring AI fluency as a core performance metric.

Requirements

• Proven experience leading complex software implementations in ERP, POS, or Student Information Systems.
• Concrete, hands-on experience applying AI tools in a project management or PS delivery context.
• Strong financial management skills, including P&L ownership and IFRS revenue recognition.
• Experience managing remote, cross-functional teams in a high-growth environment.
• Location: Must be based in Canada.

Nice to have

• Experience in Education technology (K-12 or higher-education).
• PMP or equivalent certification.
• Degree in Business Administration, Finance, or Accounting.
