What you will do

  • Drive client acquisition and development across key categories, including Modern & Contemporary Art and Jewels.
  • Design and oversee a programme of high-impact events and curated experiences to drive business outcomes and private sales.
  • Develop and manage strategic partnerships and collaborations aligned with regional growth objectives.
  • Utilize client data and insights to identify new segments and implement proactive outreach strategies.
  • Coordinate the local execution of marketing initiatives in collaboration with global and central teams.
  • Track and report on key KPIs, including new client acquisition, reactivation, and non-auction revenue.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of relevant experience in revenue growth and client development within a high-touch art or luxury environment.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Art or equivalent professional experience with expert knowledge of the market.
  • Fluency in both written and spoken English and Italian is required.
  • Proven ability to manage complex projects independently and translate initiatives into business outcomes.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in budget reporting.
  • Ability to operate with a high degree of autonomy in a demanding, fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

  • Fluency in French or another European language.
