What you will do
- Drive client acquisition and development across key categories, including Modern & Contemporary Art and Jewels.
- Design and oversee a programme of high-impact events and curated experiences to drive business outcomes and private sales.
- Develop and manage strategic partnerships and collaborations aligned with regional growth objectives.
- Utilize client data and insights to identify new segments and implement proactive outreach strategies.
- Coordinate the local execution of marketing initiatives in collaboration with global and central teams.
- Track and report on key KPIs, including new client acquisition, reactivation, and non-auction revenue.
Requirements
- 6+ years of relevant experience in revenue growth and client development within a high-touch art or luxury environment.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Art or equivalent professional experience with expert knowledge of the market.
- Fluency in both written and spoken English and Italian is required.
- Proven ability to manage complex projects independently and translate initiatives into business outcomes.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in budget reporting.
- Ability to operate with a high degree of autonomy in a demanding, fast-paced environment.

- Fluency in French or another European language.
