What you will do

• Elicit, analyze, and manage requirements for Finance, Administration, and Claims systems.
• Design functional specifications and prepare detailed design documentation.
• Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and software development teams.
• Assess the impact of requirements on existing processes and systems.
• Support testing and release teams with test case development and defect management.
• Collaborate with project resources to plan and define the scope of work.

Requirements

• University degree or college diploma in Computer Science or a similar program.
• 7+ years of experience in requirements gathering and analysis.
• Strong understanding of the SDLC and software architectural patterns.
• Proficiency in SQL and Excel for relational data modeling and analysis.
• Experience with systems integration and migration projects.
• Reliability Status Clearance (Enhanced Level B) including criminal and credit checks.

Nice to have

• French language proficiency.
• Familiarity with Copilot or other AI-assisted coding tools.
• Previous software development experience.
