What you will do

• Lead annual business planning processes with distributor partners to ensure alignment with company priorities.
• Manage volume plans, trade funds, and POS resources to drive market execution.
• Analyze performance data to generate actionable insights and improve in-store conditions.
• Develop distributor network capabilities through coaching and implementation of sales models.
• Coordinate with key account managers to execute regional and national chain priorities.
• Activate marketing resources and brand initiatives within the distributor sales force.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) industry, preferably in beverages.
• Experience within a Direct Store Delivery (DSD) distribution environment.
• Must have a valid US Driver’s License and be authorized to work in the United States.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders.
• Travel requirement: 40-50%.
