What you will do

  • Deliver on monthly volume and distribution goals and achieve overall market objectives.
  • Manage partnerships with distributors, food brokers, and retailers in the Phoenix market.
  • Conduct weekly route rides with DSD partners to pinpoint opportunities for underperforming accounts.
  • Identify and open new accounts, gaining secondary points of purchase and expanding shelf and cooler placement.
  • Implement incentive programs to guide distributor organizations toward sales objectives.
  • Collaborate with field-marketing teams to create comprehensive plans to profitably increase market share.

Requirements

  • Must be based in Phoenix, AZ with ability to travel daily within the region.
  • Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and proof of insurance are mandatory.
  • Proficiency in Google Suite and Microsoft Suite.
  • Experience with team collaboration tools such as Slack and Zoom.
  • Strong planning, organization, and project management skills.
  • Ability to take initiative and work autonomously in a fast-paced, ambiguous startup environment.
