What you will do

• Manage projects from end to end, ensuring delivery on time and within budget.
• Maintain project plans, milestones, and deliverables throughout the lifecycle.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients regarding development coordination.
• Monitor and report project status to key stakeholders.
• Define and implement governance standards in collaboration with PMO leadership.
• Conduct post-implementation retrospectives to drive continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Experience in an SDLC environment with end-to-end project lifecycle management.
• Strong knowledge of Agile and Waterfall delivery methodologies.
• Baseline understanding of Jira, MS365, and Google Suite.
• Excellent communication skills for engaging technical, business, and executive audiences.
• Critical thinking, organizational skills, and self-sufficiency.
• Must be based in or able to work from Toronto.

Nice to have

• SCRUM certification.
• PMP qualification.
