What you will do

• Manage multiple complex projects, serving as the primary bridge between internal teams and clients.
• Provide effective coordination and communication among all project stakeholders at various levels.
• Manage client expectations and validate internal operations to ensure successful delivery.
• Support and advise clients on maximizing the potential of their online applications using the hirify.global Solution.
• Travel extensively to meet with clients and partners.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in Mexico City, Mexico.
• English: Proficiency is an absolute must.
• 5+ years of experience in project management and 7+ years of total professional experience.
• 4+ years of experience within the banking or financial services industry.
• Track record of integrating at least 3 end-to-end web-based projects using Agile methodologies.
• 2+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or Product Owner.
• 3+ years of client-facing experience in complex environments.
