What you will do

• Lead and grow a cross-functional team of frontend, backend, and AI engineers.
• Own the technical direction for distributed service architectures and enterprise integrations.
• Drive the implementation of AI-powered software engineering and agentic solutions.
• Ensure end-to-end consistency and scalability across all hirify.global Share customer experiences.
• Align stakeholders across divisions to ensure smooth and efficient delivery.
• Champion operational excellence through observability and incident learning.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work from Pullach/Munich, Germany.
• Proven experience in software engineering leadership managing complex architectures.
• Strong expertise in distributed system design, APIs, microservices, and event-driven architectures.
• Proficiency in Java backend development and familiarity with AI/agentic coding.
• Experience managing production systems on AWS.
• Strong business mindset with the ability to communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
