What you will do
- Define problem statements, success metrics, and outcome-based roadmaps for the assigned domain.
- Translate outcomes into epics and user stories while balancing features, defects, and technical debt.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts across Engineering, Design, Sales, Marketing, and Legal.
- Manage product budgets and ensure delivery of ROI in alignment with strategic initiatives.
- Conduct discovery, experiments, and telemetry reviews to iterate based on evidence.
- Collaborate on pricing, packaging, and go-to-market plans to ensure successful product launches.
Requirements
- 3–6 years of experience in product management or adjacent roles with a track record of measurable outcomes.
- Proficiency in discovery methods such as JTBD, user interviews, and experimentation.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with excellent written and verbal communication.
- Working knowledge of pricing, packaging, and go-to-market collaboration.
- Domain expertise in at least one of the following: API design/integration, insurance distribution, policy administration systems, or payment workflows.
- Must be able to work from the Worcester or Winchester office at least 2 days per week.
