TL;DR

Presales Engineer (BFSI/AI): Driving the technical positioning and adoption of the Agentic Enterprise Platform within the banking and financial services sector with an accent on AI/ML integration, data analytics, and complex solution architecture. Focus on delivering high-impact technical demonstrations, proofs of concept, and serving as a trusted advisor to executive stakeholders during their digital transformation journeys.

Location: Must be based in the United States

Salary: $160,000 - $270,000 a year

What you will do

  • Co-lead discovery sessions to identify customer business challenges and technical requirements.
  • Architect end-to-end solutions leveraging low-code, AI/ML, and data analytics capabilities.
  • Deliver impactful technical presentations, workshops, and Proofs of Concept (POCs).
  • Act as a trusted technical advisor to customers, sales teams, and executive sponsors.
  • Provide expert technical input for RFPs, RFIs, and complex sales proposals.
  • Represent the company at industry events and share thought leadership on AI and digital transformation.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in technical pre-sales, solutions architecture, or engineering.
  • Strong background in data mining, machine learning, AI, or Big Data analytics.
  • Deep understanding of the BFSI industry, including regulatory requirements and business processes.
  • Proficiency with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and integration patterns (APIs, REST).
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to present complex concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Nice to have

  • Experience with Agentic AI or Graph technologies (e.g., Neo4j, TigerGraph).
  • Familiarity with sales methodologies like Challenger or MEDDPICC.
  • Advanced degree (Master's or MBA) in a technical or business field.
  • Experience with competitive platforms like Alteryx, DataRobot, or Palantir.
