Focus on translating complex AI capabilities into actionable business value for executive stakeholders and optimizing performance, latency, and cost at scale.

Location: Must be based in the U.S. (Fully remote)

Salary: $134,900 – $237,300

What you will do

  • Design end-to-end AI systems for customer experience, integrating LLMs, deterministic workflows, and orchestration layers.
  • Optimize RAG and knowledge architectures to ensure AI responses are grounded in enterprise data.
  • Define AI evaluation frameworks, success metrics, and quality measurement strategies to validate business impact.
  • Partner with sales teams to lead technical discovery, solution design, and product demonstrations.
  • Develop reusable technical assets and provide coaching to enable the broader Solution Consulting organization.
  • Influence CIO/CTO-level stakeholders by positioning AI solutions within broader IT transformation strategies.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the U.S.
  • Hands-on experience designing modern AI solutions using LLMs, NLU/NLP, and agentic approaches.
  • Expertise in enterprise integration, RESTful APIs, and real-time design constraints like voice latency and reliability.
  • Proven ability to define AI evaluation strategies, monitoring, and governance frameworks.
  • Strong executive communication skills with the ability to translate technical architectures into business value.
  • Demonstrated success in presales or technical consulting roles partnering with sales teams.
