Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 annually

What you will do

• Support engineering as an on-site representative for deployment and development at customer sites.
• Develop and execute testing plans and procedures, prioritizing roadmaps and development goals.
• Track and analyze data collections and perform debugging as necessary.
• Ensure testing goals are achieved while meeting customer performance expectations and requirements.
• Collect and analyze testing data to improve software and hardware performance.
• Communicate feedback to the engineering team clearly.

Requirements

• 3-5+ years of work experience in automotive or industrial automation/robotics integration, deployment, and development.
• Engineering degree.
• Experience transitioning products from design to pilot to commercialization.
• Proficiency with Linux, Python, or other coding languages.
• Familiarity with project management software such as Jira and Confluence.
• Experience in customer-facing roles and the ability to execute in high-pressure situations.

Nice to have

• Software validation experience.
