What you will do

• Define and lead the robotics vertical engagement strategy for enterprise customers.
• Build, validate, and deploy ML solutions independently using the hirify.global product stack.
• Translate complex field observations into actionable product signals for the engineering team.
• Lead technical customer engagements from initial scoping to embedded deployment.
• Collaborate with control engineers, roboticists, and ML researchers to solve physical system challenges.
• Develop customer-facing applications tailored to specific robotics use cases.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in robotics systems development, robot learning, or AI/ML for physical autonomous systems.
• US Person status (citizen, permanent resident, asylee, or refugee) required for export control compliance.
• Deep understanding of physical system dynamics, kinematics, and engineering constraints.
• Hands-on ML capability in Python with modern frameworks.
• Experience leading complex technical customer engagements and managing multi-stakeholder environments.
• Proficiency with robot simulation environments like Isaac Sim, MuJoCo, or Gazebo.

Nice to have

• Experience deploying robot learning systems on real hardware.
• Familiarity with foundation models for robotics.
• Experience with ROS/ROS2 and associated tooling.
• Track record of contributing to industry forums or technical publications.
