Salary: $130K – $155K + Equity

What you will do

  • Own and evolve the employer brand strategy to create a differentiated narrative for top talent.
  • Lead the creation of high-quality content across social channels, the careers site, and recruiting materials.
  • Build an "always-on" content engine highlighting company mission, impact, and people.
  • Develop targeted hiring campaigns specifically for technical and product roles.
  • Experiment with AI and data tools to uncover audience insights and monitor candidate sentiment.
  • Optimize the careers site experience and activate the organic and paid social talent strategy.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the United States.
  • 5+ years of experience in employer branding, content, or talent marketing, ideally in high-growth tech.
  • Exceptional storytelling and content creation skills across various formats.
  • Hands-on experience with AI tools to elevate content and candidate experience.
  • Proven ability to translate complex narratives into compelling messaging.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to measure brand impact.
