What you will do

• Plan travel accommodations, including booking flights, hotels, and transfers.
• Manage and process all travel-related documentation, visas, payments, and legal forms.
• Maintain and evaluate relationships with travel vendors, including airlines and car rentals.
• Develop, optimize, and monitor corporate travel policies.
• Analyze travel expenditure and prepare comprehensive spending reports.
• Collaborate with Legal, Marketing, and HR departments to streamline travel processes.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in a business travel or similar coordination role.
• In-depth knowledge of the full-cycle business travel process.
• Fluent English (spoken and written) is required.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in fast-paced settings.
• Proven verbal and written communication skills for internal and external partnerships.
