What you will do

• Manage B2B customer relations by addressing non-contractual inquiries via email.
• Maintain and audit the Salesforce database to ensure data consistency and accuracy.
• Coordinate the launch process for new clients, including the distribution of communication kits.
• Handle access management, license expirations, and notification emails.
• Participate in the development of the Dail’IA AI tool by suggesting improvements to the knowledge base.
• Assist the Operations team during peak periods and prepare for COPIL meetings.

Requirements

• Excellent level of French and full working proficiency in English.
• Must have a valid internship agreement from a school or university.
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
• Ability to take ownership and align with business priorities in a fast-growing environment.
