What you will do

  • Set up and manage traveler profiles for new employees on booking platforms.
  • Assist with booking flight and hotel itineraries for team members.
  • Maintain and update trackers for company events and meet-ups using Excel and Google Sheets.
  • Coordinate travel surveys and collect feedback from employees.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for basic travel-related inquiries.
  • Support the travel team with daily administrative tasks and special event coordination.

Requirements

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
  • English: Fluent proficiency required.

Nice to have

  • Prior experience in administrative support, customer service, or the travel industry.
  • Knowledge of additional languages.
