What you will do
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers and partners via email, phone, and chat.
- Provide expert advisory on products and services while resolving complex inquiries.
- Take ownership of case resolution according to company guidelines and processes.
- Manage demanding customer interactions with emotional intelligence and a focus on retention.
- Collaborate with internal teams to identify and boost localization initiatives.
- Contribute to a positive work environment and uphold company values.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service, preferably in fashion or e-commerce.
- Excellent English proficiency (written and spoken).
- Strong IT skills and ability to guide customers through digital platforms.
- Excellent communication, critical thinking, and organizational skills.
- Availability to work on rotating and late shifts.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure.
