What you will do

• Execute the Quality Performance Improvement strategy by building and maintaining complex, scalable datasets for Quality analytics.
• Project manage initiatives to strengthen data governance and the overall data ecosystem.
• Serve as the first line of defense for the end-user, troubleshooting digital friction and strengthening the feedback loop.
• Design and maintain systems to monitor interventions associated with improved quality of care.
• Build strong, cross-functional relationships and ensure alignment on priorities for Quality performance improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, Public Health, or a related quantitative field.
• Solid technical proficiency to design, maintain, update, and deploy standard, high-impact visualizations.
• Demonstrated experience translating complex data sets into compelling visualizations.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft PPT and XLS.
• 4+ years of progressive, project management experience in population health, healthcare analytics, performance improvement, or closely related fields.

• Ability to translate abstract quality & population health goals into concrete analytical frameworks and technical roadmaps.
• Strong analytical skills to identify organizational needs, define KPIs, and monitor and evaluate quality metrics and dashboards.
• Demonstrated experience leading programs or projects, including setting direction, building consensus, managing risk, and communicating progress.
• Proven ability to manage and prioritize data products that offer the highest value to the organization.
• Proficiency with executive-level reporting and ability to present complex population health gaps and efficacy data to a diverse group of stakeholders.
• Demonstrated alignment with equity‑centered, community‑informed approaches to population health and performance improvement.
