What you will do

• Validate data outputs and logic to identify gaps and errors across large enterprise datasets.
• Assess data quality and completeness using clinical data sources and CTMS platforms.
• Analyze and recommend the best analytical approaches for complex data problems.
• Conduct independent exploration phases to surface insights for the development team.
• Communicate findings through written reports, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in pharma, biotech, or clinical research.
• Hands-on experience with CTMS platforms.
• Knowledge of clinical trial terminology, data structures, and inclusion/exclusion criteria.
• Proficiency in SQL and Databricks.
• Ability to work autonomously within a distributed team across time zones.
