What you will do

• Conduct quantitative analysis and predictive modeling of healthcare data to derive statistical conclusions.
• Transform complex datasets into executive-level summaries and communicate findings clearly to stakeholders.
• Identify necessary data elements, query large datasets, and join tables to build analytic views.
• Collaborate with BA and IT teams to define requirements and document work products.
• Manage multiple projects and deadlines, ensuring high attention to detail and product validation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree.
• 2+ years of experience with analytics, reporting, and relational databases.
• 2+ years of experience working in a healthcare or SaaS environment.
• Expertise in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and SQL Server.
• Familiarity with healthcare terminology (diagnosis codes, CPT, claim ID, DRG, etc.).
• Must be based in the United States.

Nice to have

• Experience with BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Qlik.
• Experience with statistical models and predictive analytics.
