What you will do

• Lead the global finance team across FP&A, accounting, reporting, treasury, controls, compliance, and investor relations.
• Personally own and refine the logic of core financial models used for forecasting, M&A, and executive decision-making.
• Drive the annual budget, re-forecasting cadence, and management reporting process across various business functions.
• Oversee cash forecasting, liquidity planning, banking relationships, debt facilities, and FX exposure.
• Ensure accountability for close, consolidation, audit readiness, statutory compliance, and transfer pricing.
• Build a scalable, AI-native finance function by integrating automation and AI-enabled workflows.

Requirements

• Expertise in enterprise FP&A and financial model architecture, including scenario planning and investment analysis.
• Strong knowledge of capital structure, financing instruments, and treasury management.
• Experience with global accounting standards and multi-jurisdictional reporting.
• Proven ability to structure finance teams and operating models to reduce key-person dependency.
• Proficiency in finance systems, workflow automation, and AI-enabled tooling.
• Must be based in or able to work from the Montreal or Toronto offices.
