What you will do

• Lead the definition and execution of product strategy for SaaS learning products, ensuring alignment with business goals and market trends.
• Own and manage the product roadmap, prioritizing features based on customer value and business impact.
• Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer discovery to identify innovation opportunities.
• Oversee the full product development lifecycle from requirements gathering to launch and optimization.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, design, sales, and executive leadership to drive adoption.
• Develop and monitor KPIs and performance metrics to evaluate product success and revenue growth.

Requirements

• 7–10+ years of experience in SaaS Product Management with a track record in B2B and/or B2G software.
• Expertise in defining product vision and managing roadmaps in agile environments.
• Strong knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Experience leveraging AI technologies, automation, or machine learning within software products.
• Must currently reside in the United States and be authorized to work without visa sponsorship.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills for executive-level interaction.
