What you will do

• Manage the collection of outstanding invoices and monitor aging reports.
• Record customer payments and perform daily cash applications.
• Reconcile accounts and investigate discrepancies between AR aging and the general ledger.
• Collaborate with Sales, Revenue Operations, and Professional Services to resolve billing issues.
• Validate billing information against contracts and generate invoices.
• Assist with customer onboarding and provide documentation for audit requests.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or equivalent experience.
• 1–3 years of experience in an AR or customer-facing finance role.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, specifically XLOOKUP and data sorting.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for professional customer interaction.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with ERP and billing systems like NetSuite, Salesforce, Oracle, or QuickBooks.
