TL;DR
Associate User Engagement Advocate (SMB/E-commerce): Managing and growing relationships with a defined portfolio of SMB customers throughout their lifecycle with an accent on driving contract growth, adoption, and renewal. Focus on building trust, identifying expansion opportunities, and serving as the primary point of contact for user success.
Location: Must be based in the United States (Hybrid role based in Exton, PA).

What you will do
- Own and manage a portfolio of SMB customers from onboarding through expansion.
- Identify and proactively surface new growth opportunities within the existing customer base.
- Lead structured onboarding sessions and maintain consistent, clear communication.
- Partner with Product, Sales, and Marketing teams to ensure a seamless user experience.
- Channel customer feedback to the Product team to inform future development.
- Help users maximize product value through education and practical enablement.
Requirements
- Must be based in the United States.
- Prior internship experience in any industry (Software/IT preferred).
- Strong communication and active listening skills.
- Ability to leverage data to set and track key performance indicators.
- Experience with Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and CRM tools is a plus.
- Ability to troubleshoot daily issues and drive projects independently.
